Below are a few tips to help you prepare for visiting GMF 2024.

Pre-exhibition

Pre-register online can get free e-tickets
Bring your copy of e-tickets or visitor application form
Make airline and hotel reservations early 
Bring plenty of your own business cards for use during the exhibition
Make appointments to visit with your key companies first
Pack comfortable shoes

During Exhibition

GMF will held from May 10th -12th, 2024. The PLAN opening hours are:
May 10th-11th (9:00-17:00), May 12th (9:00-13:00)

Put on the visiting card when you visit GMF.
Take care of your belongings, such as your notebook, passport, etc.
Keep your badge in plain sight while browsing the exhibition

 
After Exhibition

Make your return travel arrangement for the day after the show closes
Allow a full two hours at the airport to check-in and clear security
