Below are a few tips to help you prepare for visiting GMF 2026.

Pre-exhibition

Pre-register online for free entry
Bring your  admission QR code or copy of visitor application form

Make airline and hotel reservations early 
Bring plenty of your own business cards for use during the exhibition
Make appointments to visit with your key companies first
Pack comfortable shoes

During Exhibition

GMF will be held from May 15th -17th, 2026. The PLAN opening hours are:
 May 15th(9:30-16:30),May 16th (9:00-16:30),  May 17th (9:00-14:00)

Put on the visiting card when you visit GMF.
Take care of your belongings, such as your notebook, passport, etc.
Keep your badge in plain sight while browsing the exhibition

 
After Exhibition

Make your return travel arrangement for the day after the show closes
Allow a full two hours at the airport to check-in and clear security
