In order to make your business trip wonderful during the exhibition, pls take care of your valuables and belongings, such as your PC, passport, etc.
You are advised to deposit valuables in the hotel safe rather than carry with you while visiting the show.
Weather in Guangzhou during the show
The weather of Guangzhou in March is changeable, about 15℃-22℃. Maybe it will rain, cold or warm. So you had better take your umbrella, little overcoat or short-sleeved shirts as well as some spring clothes.
The following ways can be convenient for you to find the Guangzhou International Sourcing Centre
1. From Baiyun Airport
The new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in the northern city of Guangzhou, about 28 km from the city centre.
a. By taxi: It takes about 45 minutes and costs about RMB160.
b. By metro: Take Line 3 and transfer to Line 8 at Kecun Metro Station. Then get off at Pazhou Metro Station and exit from Exit A. (Fare: RMB13)

c. By Airport Express: You need to walk along 510 meters from the airport to B area of Airport Express. Then you can arrive at the New Pearl River Hotel (新珠江大酒店) station by Airport Express 10 Line. Get off the express bus at this station. Then it will take about RMB 8 from this station to Guangzhou International Sourcing Centre.
From Train Station
a.From Guangzhou East Railway Station: Take Line 3 and transfer to Line 8 at Kecun Metro Station. Then get off at Pazhou Metro Station and exit from Exit A. (Fare: RMB 4)
b.From Guangzhou Railway Station: Take Line 2 and transfer to Line 8 at Changgang Metro Station. Then get off at Pazhou Metro Station and exit from Exit A. (Fare: RMB 5)
c.From Guangzhou South Railway Station: Take Line 2 and transfer to Line 8 at Changgang Metro Station. Then get off at Pazhou Metro Station and exit from Exit A. (Fare: RMB 6)
Regular Bus
Take Bus No. 76, No. 137, No.229, No.262, No.505, No.564, B7 or HEMC Line 3 to Pazhou Bus Stop.
2. How to arrive in Guangzhou from Hong Kong
If you via Hong Kong to Guangzhou, you can choose the following manner:
From the Hong Kong International Airport on to New Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport flights, flight time requires about 45 minutes.
The MTR's Guangdong lines offer you a choice of conveniently timed Intercity through Trains between Hong Kong and the Guangzhou. The total journey time is around 1 hour and 40 minutes. (Website: www.mtr.com.hk)
From the Hong Kong International Airport or the city centre by the major hotels in Guangzhou-bound bus, the journey is about 3.5 hours.
