Rescheduling of 2025 Asia Forestry & Garden Machinery & Tools Fair（GMF 2025）

Dear Exhibitors, Visitors and Trade Insiders,

We are truly sorry to announce that, after thorough communication with nearly 200 exhibitors and assessment of the invitation progress of 30 000 trade visitors, GMF 2025 originally scheduled August 2025 has been rescheduled for May 15 -17, 2026. Fairground of  GMF will be also changed to China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, the world largest pavilion.

Such decision was made upon the philosophy of Grandeur, a company with 23-year exhibition history: sacrifices of short-term benefits must be made to secure the substantial returns of every exhibitors. Though GMF has taken shape, we understand that exhibitors` trust lies in high-quality buyers.

For this, we promise:

To instantly initiate “Global Buyer Proliferation Scheme”. The scheme will add RMB 5 million dedicated fund for precise invitation of high-end buyers from Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. We will work with AIPH and other international organizations to build a joint data bank of 300 000 buyers. We will also provide free promotion solutions and cloud exhibition systems valued RMB 16 800 to our existing exhibitors for seamless brand exposure.

We understand that the postponement will cause inconvenience and, therefore, we provide 24/7 customer service for our exhibitors. Monthly information will be reported to you to stay tuned with up-to-date progresses. Your understanding is much-needed for us to bring you a better GMF in May with additional 20% international exhibition zone, more high-quality buyers and precise business match-making services.

Once again, please accept our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience experienced. We look forward to seeing you at the mega landscaping machinery and tools event of GMF in 2026 in Guangzhou!
